Privacy & preview data

The public preview uses fictional records stored in your browser. It does not place calls or send customer messages. Use its reset control to replace the sample workspace, or clear this site’s browser storage to remove it.

Private workspaces and live calls

Signed-in workspaces store customer details, service requests, quotes and follow-up history in a separate HVAC database. Live voice uses Ultravox; telephone connections use Twilio. Authentication uses Clerk and database hosting uses Neon. Calls may be recorded and transcribed; the test assistant announces recording.

Use fictional service addresses when testing. Do not enter payment-card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Staff email delivery is available only after a sender is configured.
